Dr. Takuji Shirasawa is an anti-aging practitioner at Ochanomizu Longevity Clinic and Director and Researcher at Shirasawa Anti-Aging Medical Research Institute. He previously taught Aging Control Medicine at Juntendo University Graduate School of Medicine, Japan. He got his Ph.D. He holds a Ph.D. in Immunology from Chiba University Graduate School of Medicine and has spent the past 30 years researching molecular genetics in molecular pathology and gerontology.

His personal interests are the molecular biology of aging and gerontology, the molecular genetics of Alzheimer's disease, the analysis of motor genes, stem cell research, telomere research, his diet ketogenic, and diabetes in a breakthrough way. We are dedicated to identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic diseases such as A whole system of dietary and medical approaches called functional medicine. Through his practice, teaching commitment, writing, research, and advocacy, he empowers people to start treating the underlying causes of disease, not just managing symptoms.

He is regarded as one of Japan's foremost experts in anti-aging medicine, and has written over 300 books, making him the most popular and published physician in Japan. His books have sold over two million copies in Japan, and many of his books have been translated and published abroad. He has had medical columns in mainstream Japanese media such as newspapers and magazines, has his own radio program, and often appears on television in medical programs and documentaries.

Liaison Office

The primary purpose of the Liaison Office of the Shirasawa Anti-Aging Medical Institute (SAMI) is to undertake all necessary actions and initiatives aimed at promoting and disseminating the results of scientific research conducted at the Shirasawa Anti-Aging Medical Institute. That's it. Either in the form of new knowledge or specific product development, networking, book collaborations, article collaborations, national and international conferences and seminars.
